Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may choose to refuse the delivery.

For prepaid orders, applicable refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Store Pickup Orders
If you selected store pickup, please make sure to cancel your order at least 24 hours before your chosen pickup time.
