Returns & Exchanges – Khyber International Shop

At Khyber International Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, our Returns & Replacement Policy is here to assist you.


Eligibility for Return & Replacement

  • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received item is damaged or wrongly delivered.

  • Claims must be submitted within 3–5 days of the delivery date.

  • All claims must include clear photo evidence showing the condition of the parcel and product.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The original invoice must be provided with your claim.

  • Return requests are only valid if the product is received at our warehouse within 15 days from the delivery date.


Evaluation Process

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. If the item passes the evaluation:

  • A replacement item or

  • A coupon code (for the same value) will be issued.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.


Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products returned due to change of mind, shade, texture, or fragrance preference are not accepted.

  • Items bought from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged in physical stores, and vice versa.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item reaches our warehouse safely.

  • Please pack the item securely to avoid any damage during return shipping.
